In 1996 Professor Charles Xavier first started his search for mutants to join his School of mutants. He found five very different people and took them under his wing to form The X Men.
The original 5 X Men brought together by Professor Xavier were:
The Class of '96: (From Right to Left.)
Havok (Leader) - Alex Summers, Marvel Girl - Jean Grey, Storm - Ororo Monroe,
Firebrand - Jack Brea, Beast - Henry McCoy
In 2001, Professor Xavier formed a new class and a new team of X Men.
